Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge is a NZ business and we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Under no circumstances will the details of guests be shared amongst individuals or will be distributed to 3rd party organisations without consent.

All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.


A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable at departure.

CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION
 A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
Upon reservation, credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. JCB, China Union Pay and Diner's Club are not accepted.


RATES, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION
The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
Rates quoted and all transactions are in New Zealand Dollars.
Rates includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

The maximum number of guests per room is 2 adults. Please contact Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge for more information.
An advanced deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required to confirm your reservation; this will be taken from the supplied credit card within 14 days of making your booking.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date- 50% of deposit will be charged
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date- 100% of deposit will be charged

A valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.


ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN
- You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.


GENERAL PROVISIONS
- By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge, your stay subsequently shall be subject to Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge standard terms and conditions of stay.
- Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
- Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- You shall indemnify and hold Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge.

- Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by Elephant Hill Owner's Lodge.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
